Dr. Dipanjan Mukherjee has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology Silchar, since December 2023. Dr. Dipanjan completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India, and received his M.Tech degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation Engineering) from National Institute of Technology Silchar, India. His current research area is “Road Safety Evaluation in Developing Countries“. His research interests include transportation safety, road safety audit, transportation planning, travel behavior, crash data analysis, and pavement material and design.
